GUIDELINES
To make sure you will have an unforgettable experience, best to wear suitable clothing.
This means knowing the type of route, what will the weather be and how long you can bear the outdoor climate.
It is therefore necessary to consider these factors to choose the right clothing, making the correct decision.
The human body is a source of heat and humidity, so the most effective way to dress is commonly called an onion system.
This means wearing garments essentially characterized by a multi-layer system. un sistema a più strati.
OUR SUGGESTIONS
The best hiking clothes are made of synthetic materials, excellent are also the merino wool, undergarments, which keep the body and perspiration at a constant temperature even when you start to "work hard" and sweat more.
Soft cotton T-shirts should be avoided.. As sweat and moisture remain trapped inside, the cotton remains wet and the body risks cooling down quickly. As you climb the mountain the temperature tends to drop, so it will come chills and with the T-shirt it is as if you were wearing an icy coat.
With the use of synthetic materials and underwear in merino your body gets the right perspiration, releasing moisture and heat to the outside, keeping us dry and with the right comfort. The best materials are soft and light, and with excellent ability to breathe moisture outside.
Trekking trousers must be made of resistant, fast-drying fabric, they should be worn, in our opinion, in most cases, even if no temperature drop is expected or encountering tangled vegetation along the path.
Why?
Because wearing long trousers keeps your legs protected from the risk of insect bites or other allergenic plants, and keeps the body temperature constant when the temperature drops as you gain altitude.
Clearly during the summer season, at low altitudes, detachable hiking pants with zippers can easily turn into short shorts when needed, and are a good compromise to keep cool
On the market you can find many different models of boots. Of course, when it comes to mountain shoes, the fit is everything. A wrong boot causes pain in the feet, does not allow you to fully enjoy the hike and normally creates the worst walker nightmare, blisters.
Our advice is to buy them in a specialized shop, where you can ask expert staff for advice, trying them to get the right ones for your feet, making sure of their quality, that they are durable and comfortable and appropriate to the terrain.
In any case we advise you to choose shoes with Vibram soles that ensure perfect adherence to any type of terrain.
These must be completed with the right socks. The best socks, like other garments, are made of fibers (natural or synthetic) that dry quickly, letting your feet and fingers breathe.
Sometimes the weather forecast does not expect rain, but you always remember to bring along a good garment to shelter you from it.
Weather conditions can change quickly, better be ready by putting on a waterproof, breathable but rainproof jacket inside your backpack.
We advise you to choose one of good quality, made of breathable but water-repellent technical material.
During an unexpected storm, a poncho works very well, it should always be kept close at hand inside the backpack, as it can be worn in addition to the jacket in case of heavy rains.
A wide-brimmed cotton hat is necessary to protect the face from the sun and protect the head from direct rays, especially when trekking during the summer.
A useful hiking hat is water repellent and has a wide visor, so the head will remain protected in any weather.
In the mountains time can change suddenly, become cool or even cold; a pile cap or other heat-retaining material could be useful.
These tools can be very useful when facing a steep climb and an equally steep descent.
In fact in this way it is possible to balance the load on the body using 4 limbs instead of two. In doing so, the knees undergo less stress, bearing a lower load, drastically reducing the possibility of injury.
It is therefore advisable to always carry a couple with you, it is never possible to know precisely what type of terrain you are going to face.

Remember: when you climb the mountain the temperature can quickly drop. The use of three-layer clothing is, in our opinion, the best way to stay protected from climate change.
Basically wear a light, moisture-resistant garment.
When it gets cold, dress a medium or light weight technical shirt, depending on the conditions.
Finally, an external anti-rain shell will protect you from any rain or wind.
Wearing the correct hiking clothes makes the difference between feeling comfortable and enjoying our journey, or finding yourself wet, sweaty, sunburned, sore or covered in scratches.
So, if you want to enjoy your time outdoors, make sure you follow the suggestions above and plan your clothing and equipment.

Ethics
Walking, moving one step after another, is a natural action that gives us the opportunity to enter into deep harmony with the surrounding environment.
It is necessary that inside our backpack ,we carry on our shoulders, an essential tool might be always present: respect.
Respect for the people we meet, respect for the natural environment and for the countries we pass through.
Excerpts from the hike regulation:
- Always maintain correct behavior, respecting the natural environment, common goods, private property, people and animals.
- Do not dispose of any waste in the environment: each participant is responsible for his own, so he will have to provide himself with a bag in which to place and carry around all the waste that he will produce along the path, then taking care to dispose of it correctly at the end of the activity.
- Do not collect flowers, plants or protected herbs and in any case respect the instructions given by the guide.
